The Black Music Action Coalition's fourth annual gala will take place on 9/19 at The Beverly Hilton, where LL COOL J, USHER, BET Media Group and Live Nation will be among the honorees. Hosted by radio personality Kenny Burns, BMAC Gala 2024 will celebrate people and organizations helping fuel BMAC’s mission of furthering racial equity and economic justice.
LL COOL J will receive the Clarence Avant Trailblazer Award. USHER will be honored with the Quincy Jones Humanitarian Award. Public Enemy's Flavor Flav and Gunna are among the special guests.
BMAC will also host or participate in events leading up to the gala, including the 2024 SESAC Awards, where BMAC CEO Willie "Prophet" Stiggers will receive the organization's Visionary Award on 9/17.
