INDUSTRY VETS LAUNCH COLLECTIVE HEADS

Industry veterans Jimmy Steal, Tim Richards and Heidi McIvor-Allen have launched their new consulting venture, Collective Heads.

Specializing in talent coaching, content creation and digital marketing strategies for radio and beyond, the firm will offer consulting services for influencers on air, podcast curation, digital advertising, plus more.

“At Collective Heads, we amplify attention, optimize impact, and use words like ‘synergy’ with a straight face. But seriously, we’re all about collaboration,” said Richards.

Steal added, “No one wins without great talent. And no one coaches talent better than me.” McIvor-Allen followed, “We’re not just grabbing attention; we’re creating meaningful moments. And maybe a few memes.”
