BRANDON SILVERSTEIN PUB SECURES A GENT! AGREEMENT

Rising hitmaker GENT!, who produced Doja Cat's current heater, "Agora Hills," has signed a co-publishing deal with Brandon Silverstein Publishing and Avex USA.

Based in Atlanta, GENT! is on a hot streak that encompasses cuts by Lil Yachty ("SOLO STEPPEN CRETE BOY"), Drake & 21 Savage's Her Loss standout "Privileged Rappers" and two songs from Doja Cat's latest LP, Scarlet. At press time, "Agora Hills" had moved to #5 on Spotify's U.S. chart.

GENT! joins Silverstein and Avex USA's joint venture, which includes hitmakers Jasper Harris (Jack Harlow's "First Class," Tate McRae's "greedy"), HARV (Justin Bieber) and Shenseea, among others.

“We are so thrilled to welcome an amazing creative talent, GENT!, and his team to Avex USA and the Brandon and S10 family,” said Avex USA CEO Naoki Osada.

Silverstein added, "GENT! is one of the most exciting producers in music today, with a sound of his own. I’m excited to be a part of his story alongside [manager] Dylan [Bourne], Naoki and the incredible team at Avex USA.”

Silverstein is still on the fence about whether to incorporate a "$" or "?" into his name.
