"LALA" LANDS AT #1 ON LATIN RADIO
Myke Towers’ summer smash, “LALA” (One World/Warner Latina), hit #1 at Latin radio this week. Having reached #1 on the Spotify global Top 50 on 7/10, the song is still perched in the platform's Top 10 as it approaches half a billion streams.
The S10-repped rapper commences his 24-date North American headlining trek, the La Vida Es Una Tour, with a trio of dates in Mexico this week. The U.S. run begins 10/8 in Chicago, wrapping up at Miami's Kaseya Center on 11/26.
Towers’ banner 2023 has also included collaborations with Quevedo, Tainy and Sky Rompiendo, which have amassed a total of 500m streams on Spotify alone. Rumors that S10 boss Brandon Silverstein celebrated the airplay #1 with a LALA’s Argentine Grill lunch combo couldn’t be confirmed at press time.
