WEEZY "KANT" STOP, WON'T STOP

Lil Wayne has returned with a new single and video called "Kant Nobody" (Republic/Young Money) featuring a sample from DMX's 1998 "N----z Done Started Something." Produced by Swizz Beatz, the track arrives as fans await the next installment of Weezy's long-running series, Tha Carter.

Lil Wayne, who closed out the 65th Grammy Awards performing DJ Khaled's "GOD DID" with JAY-Z, Rick Ross, John Legend and Fridayy, premiered "Kant Nobody" during an interview with Apple Music. At one point in the conversation, the New Orleans native touched on his versatility as a rapper, suggesting it's contributed to his longevity. "The last tour I got off of was with blink-182," he told Zane Lowe. "At the end of the day, I find myself at the Country Music Awards and I find myself doing tours with blink-182. There’s not a lot of rappers in this position who can do that or say they’ve done that."

No word on when Tha Carter VI is expected, but the "Kant Nobody" video can be found below. Anyone hoping to hear a verse about the great German philosopher Immanuel Kant, however, will be sorely disappointed.
