Rosalía makes a splash at both iTunes and Apple Music this Flipover Friday with Motomami (Columbia), her first album in more than three years. Meanwhile, Nicki Minaj is again #1 at iTunes singles.
The Spanish singer’s third album is the lone rookie in the Top 15 at iTunes, where it's #4, and Apple Music, where it's #15.
Intriguingly, the top new arrival at Apple Music is an album that doesn’t come out until next week—Machine Gun Kelly’s mainstream sellout (Bad Boy/Interscope). The three songs that have been made available from the 3/25 release are streaming well enough to land the album at #5.
Back at iTunes, the album Charli XCX says is her last for Atlantic, Crash, opens at #1, followed by Stray Kids’ Oddinary (JYP/Imperial/Republic via Ingrooves) at #2.
ERRA’s self-titled UNFD release is #7, with Cypress Hill's Back in Black (MNRK) puffing up at #10.
At singles, Coi Leray & Nicki Minaj’s “Blick Blick” (Republic) debuts at #1, Normani’s “Fair” (RCA) is at #4 and Hardy’s “Sold Out” (Big Loud) comes in at #8.
