GIVING TUESDAY WITH NMAAM

In honor of Giving Tuesday (11/30), the National Museum of African American Music is raising funds to support its mission to educate the world about, preserve the legacy of and celebrate the central role African Americans play in creating the American soundtrack.

NMAAM hosts the fundraiser annually but this year has increased its goal from $25k to $100k. The museum is also kicking off its larger Season of Giving today.

Tune in on Facebook at 6:30pm CST for a virtual showcase featuring live performances by emerging artists, highlights from NMAAM’s educational programs, remarks by CEO Henry Hicks and Board Chair Stacey Garrett Koju and more.

To donate to NMAAM’s Giving Tuesday fundraiser, click here or text “THENMAAM” to 56512.
