TUESDAY'S PAUSE:
THE DETAILS

Tuesday’s The Show Must Be Paused has been organized to get the music industry to “take a beat for an honest, reflective and productive conversation about what actions we need to collectively take to support the Black community.”

Organizers Jamila Thomas and Brianna Agyemang write on their website “this is not just a 24-hour initiative. We are and will be in this fight for the long haul. A plan of action will be announced.”

The website has links for people to donate assist the families of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and Ahmaud Arbery plus bail funds for protesters. Other links are for Movement for Black Lives, connecting with leaders behind grass root campaigns and anti-racism resources.
