PARTY ON, SPOTIFY

Spotify hosted a cocktail party on the Sunset Strip on 11/20 featuring an intimate performance by Epic superstar and 2020 Grammy nominee Camila Cabello. The swank but genial gathering at the Tower Sunset Hotel drew a host of biz luminaries, including Scooter Braun, Benny Blanco, Bazzi and the fine folk seen below.

Cabello, who acknowledged during her set how crucial Spotify's support had been early in her career, embraces Spotify Chief Content Officer Dawn Ostroff, who was just then itching for a Havana cigar.

Epic EVP Rick Sackheim informs SVP Commerce Thom Skarzynski that simply by standing close to the Spotify logo, they can move vast troves of data to and from their phones.

Spotify Global Head of Artist and Label Marketing Marian Dicus had enjoyed just enough bubbly to agree to a photo op with our own not-terribly-effervescent Simon Glickman, who was admittedly woozy from spending 12 hours poring over Grammy nominations. Later, Simon struck up a spirited debate about the genre categories with a nearby potted plant.
