The hotly anticipated Season 2 of Empire debuts tomorrow night, and on the eve of its return to the small screen the Empire Cast (Columbia) takes over Rhythm Radio with their first single “No Doubt About It,” becoming the Most Added track this week. Right behind it was Big Sean's collabo with Chris Brown and Ty Dolla Sign, “Play No Games” (G.O.O.D. Music/Def Jam) while label mate Alessia Cara stays cleaning up the hold-outs with six new stations for "Here." Nelly's “The Fix” (RECORDS) had seven new commitments, followed by six adds for the "6 God" Drake and his smash “Hotline Bling.” Rounding out Most Added this week is Travi$ Scott's “Antidote” (Grand Hustle/Epic) with four stations.
New releases this week have a television theme; one is from an artist who just scored 10 nominations for the 2015 BET Hip Hop Awards, and the other is first new song from the second season of Fox's record-breaking drama series.

The Weeknd has followed up one giant hit with yet another, as "The Hills" (XO/Republic) locks into #1 for another week. Def Jam's Jeremih continues to build big inside the Top 10 with his J. Cole collabo "Planes", while Drake's "Hotline Bling"(YMCMB/Republic) is ready to crash the Top 10 party this week. Huge gains for Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' "Downtown" (Macklemore/Warner Bros.) and Justin Bieber's "What Do You Mean?" (RBMG/Def Jam). And finally, look for Nicky Jam's "Forgiveness" (RCA), Taylor Swift's "Wildest Dreams" (Big Machine/Republic) and Tay Tay's boyfriend Calvin Harris, with the housey joint "How Deep Is Your Love" (Columbia), to debut on the Rhythm chart this week.
It came down to the wire this week at the Rhythm format, but Team Epic pulls out ahead for Most Added with Casey Veggies' “Wonderful” f/ Ty Dolla $. Dr. Dre was right behind, followed by YMCMB/Republic’s Drake with “Hotline Bling." Great clean up weeks had by all on three hit records— Warner Bros. with Macklemore's “Downtown" (Macklemore), Republic with Nicki Minaj's “Trini Dem Girls” (YMCMB) and Def Jam with Justin Bieber's “What Do You Mean?” (RBMG). RECORDS comes in with 6 new commitments for Nelly's “The Fix."
