ACM/CMA/iHeart nominee Morgan Wallen’s monster streams and fleet of platinum and multi-platinum #1 smashes—with current single “More Than My Hometown” on track to join them—headline a banner year for Big Loud, Nashville’s #1-streaming independent. Add to that big streams, radio love and more for Chris Lane and Jake Owen, a breakout in the making for HARDY and big heat on new signing Hailey Whitters, among others, and you’ve got some Loud noise indeed. Partners-in-Chief Seth England (CEO), Joey Moi and Craig Wiseman have Big plans for the next chapter as they celebrate their fifth anniversary (and Craig’s 29th #1).
New signings include the acclaimed, dynamic, Kappy/Matt Graham-repped Whitters; Ben Burgess (best known for co-writing Wallen’s “Whiskey Glasses” as well as cuts from Diplo and others); The Voice standout Ashland Craft (also managed by Kappy); road-tested, heartland-rocking Kentuckian Sean Stemaly; and talented Tennessee troubadour Larry Fleet, who’s already written with Rhett Akins, Brett James and Kendell Marvel, and whose tasty cocktail of country whiskey mixed with a splash of soul sugar has stirred up some Chris Stapleton comparisons.
Next up is ACM/CMA-nominated HARDY, whose single “One Beer” f/Lauren Alaina and Devin Dawson is coming on strong. HARDY’s “REDNECKER” is homing in on 1m in total U.S. activity. You may also know him as the co-writer of hits by Blake Shelton (“God’s Country”), Florida Georgia Line (“Simple”), Morgan Wallen f/FGL (“Up Down”) and Chris Lane (“I Don’t Know About You”).
Loud house welcomed Austen Adams as COO in 2019. Paul Logan, formerly of Spotify, came aboard as VP Sync/Visual Strategy, joining a “VP Squad” that also boasts Patch Culbertson (A&R), Stacy Blythe (Promotion) and Candice Watkins (Marketing). Ben Skipworth joined as Video Commissioner, while Brittani Koster joined the Blythe-led promo team, representing for the Southwest; she helped secure #1s for Wallen and Owen in 2020. This thing’s just gonna get Louder.
