Bebe Rexha's "Last Hurrah" (Warner Bros.) joins the Top 30. Charting this week will be Mabel's "Don't Call Me Up" (Capitol/Polydor) and Billie Eilish's "When The Party's Over" (Interscope). And rejoining the chart after her glorious Oscar win is Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper's "Shallow" (Interscope).
