WHAT IT IS: CMAT is a fast-emerging country/alt-pop singer from Dublin. Fresh off a 2024 BRIT Award nom for Best International Artist and a BBC Sound of 2024 nod, she’s presently on her 14-date North American headline run, to be followed by a U.K. tour. Released last October, Crazymad, For Me, became CMAT’s second Irish #1 album and first U.K.-charting album, receiving critical acclaim from The Guardian, DIY, NME and more. Standout single “Stay for Something” introduced CMAT to millions of new fans via a performance on The Graham Norton Show in November. The LP includes three Radio 1 playlist singles and one on Radio 6Music. Last year CMAT made her debut at Glastonbury and earned a five-star review from The Guardian for her I.E./U.K. headline tour (16k cap).
