WHAT IT IS: Role Model kicks off a new era with his latest offering, “Oh, Gemini.” Pondering life, love and everything between over an ever-evolving sonic palette of pop, alternative, hip-hop and punk, the rising artist initially made waves in 2017, gaining traction with early indie singles. After receiving co-signs from the likes of Benny Blanco and the late Mac Miller, he caught fire with the oh, how perfect and our little angel EPs, the latter yielding single “blind,” which has garnered 130m+ streams RTD. In 2022, he dropped his critically acclaimed debut album, Rx, and he’ll be unveiling new music throughout 2024.
