LIDO'S PEDER ARRIVES
9/21/20

Hailing from a small Norwegian town, artist/producer Lido, nee Peder Losnegård, has dropped his highly anticipated sophomore album, PEDER.

Released via Because Music on 9/18, the album is packed with features from the likes of R&B songstress JoJo, Col3tane, PRETTYMUCH’s Brandon Arreaga, Ebenezer, Heavy Mellow and more.

Arriving as an audio-visual story from the perspective of a boy named Peder, the 12-track album includes previously released singles “How to Do Nothing,” “Postclubridehomemusic” and “Rise.”

Ahead of the album drop, Lido released a special interstellar radio mix entitled SpaceFM, which invited fans to experience Peder hearing music for the first time. He also wrote a children’s book to accompany the album titled The Boy On The Spaceship.

Giving a glimpse into his musical trajectory, PEDER parallels his relationship to music and in return, the collection of songs have a warm feeling to it. It’s experimental, expansive and inspiring, highlighting just how boundless Lido is to genres.

With over 1m monthly Spotify listeners, Lido has collaborated with the likes of Halsey, Chance The Rapper, Banks, Jaden Smith, Mariah Carey, Skrillex and more. He most recently produced on JoJo’s good to know album as well as Executive Produced Aluna’s debut solo album, Renaissance, and produced six tracks off Halsey’s Manic.

Lido is currently managed by Dorothy Caccavale. You can pre-order his PEDER vinyl here and stream the album below.
