THE PINK SLIPS - L.A. GARAGE PUNK FOR THE OPEN ROAD
2/28/20

Part of an L.A. underground scene that includes fellow youthful rockers LiilyStarcrawler and Poppy Jean CrawfordThe Pink Slips are garage rock with a pedigree. Frontwoman Grace McKagan is the daughter of Guns N' Roses and Velvet Revolver bassist Duff McKagan, as is evidenced in her authentic growl and snarl.

Their latest self-released single, the grunge-infused "Miles Away," came out on 2/21 and sonically features guitar riffage perfectly suited for a top-down early spring road trip. More new songs are on the way soon, and the band will be appearing live in a residency at Harvard & Stone in Hollywood 3/16, 3/23 and 3/30, and on 3/17 at Moroccan Lounge in DTLA opening for Louis XIV
