WHAT IT IS: Edmond, Okla., native Greyson Chance came into the spotlight in 2010 after a performance of Lady Gaga’s “Paparazzi” at his sixth-grade talent show was viewed over 60m times on YouTube. What followed was a slew of national TV appearances. After a two-year hiatus, Greyson released what he refers to as his debut album, portraits. He then publicly came out in 2017 and has since been known for using his platform to be a resource and champion for others in the LGBTQ community. The Arista artist is now gearing up to drop his next single, “Dancing Next to Me,” produced by Teddy Geiger, in February before heading out on a worldwide tour.
