WHAT IT IS: The 2012 U.K. X Factor champion’s new single, “Say You Won’t Let Go,” has exploded globally since its release in September. Following weeks of double-digit sales and streaming increases, the song eclipsed 3m combined U.S. streams this week (9m, RTD)—placing it in the Top 10 on the Spotify U.S. Viral Chart. It spent three weeks at #1 overall in the U.K., and has topped the Shazam, iTunes and Spotify charts around the world. “Say You Won’t Let Go” will officially impact in the U.S. on 11/7, having already been added to KLLC San Francisco, WKRQ Cincinnati, Sirius XM’s The Pulse and WVMX Columbus. Arthur just released his sophomore album, Back From The Edge, and is heading for a #1 chart debut in the U.K.
