Warner/Chappell Nashville has inked up a pub pact with River House Artists, home to the co-writers of all 12 tracks on Luke Combs’ smash debut set, This One’s For You (River House/Columbia Nashville). Tunesmiths Ray Fulcher, Rob Williford and Drew Parker co-powered Combs’ set, with Fulcher co-writing current #1 “When It Rains It Pours.” The company, which also has a label and management division, was launched last year by Lynn Oliver-Cline; Zebb Luster is Creative Manager.
W/C Nashville Prez Ben Vaughn said the company’s “success stems from Lynn’s adept entrepreneurship and ear for quality music.” He also expressed a deep admiration for Combs’ beard.

Before launching RHA, Oliver-Cline served as VP Marketing at Thirty Tigers and previously worked with Hootie and the Blowfish, Zac Brown’s Southern Ground Artists and others.
