Primary Wave Music Publishing has just acquired Grammy-winning and Tony-nominated Brenda Russell's entire catalogue. The deal includes tracks like "Get Here," which was nominated for two Grammys including the award for Song of the Year. "Piano in the Dark" is also part of the acquisition, with both songs having been featured on her Grammy nominated album Get Here.

"Brenda Russell is a legendary songwriter whose songs have gone on to win and be nominated for a variety of awards throughout her over thirty years in the industry, says Lawrence Mestel, Founder and CEO of Primary Wave Music Publishing.
