THIS WEEKEND GALLERY COULD USE A DRINK. HOW ABOUT YOU?

It's been an exhausting couple of weeks, and before long we'll all be caught up in the whirl of holiday planning and avoiding uncomfortable conversations with our relatives. So why not take a load off, crack a cold one and enjoy these mostly cheerful photos of industry personages doing industry-personage stuff? Speaking of which, isn't it time you sent us some pics? We're tired of looking at your headshot from 2013.

At UMG's Latin Grammys kickoff party, the following people earnestly hoped to appear on finer websites than ours: artists Maura Nava, Paola Guanche and Majo Aguilar, Universal Music Latino President Angel Kaminsky, artist Vivir Quintana, Universal Music Latin America and Iberian Peninsula Chairman/CEO Jesús López and artists Camila Fernández, Joaquina, RIZA and Samuraï.

Warner (WME)'s Grammy Best New Artist nominee Benson Boone and WME's Kirk Sommer ponder life's many "Beautiful Things," several of which have nearly been ruined by us.

Songwriters Autumn Rowe and Amanda Jones, Grammy-nominated Def Jam artist Coco Jones and ASCAP SVP of Membership Nicole George-Middleton, all of whom accomplish more before lunch than we do in a calendar year, are seen here at ASCAP's Women Behind the Music Event. At a screening of soon-to-be-massive musical flick Wicked, NBCUniversal President of Music and Publishing Mike Knobloch withstands the merciless pointing finger of our own Lenny Beer, which has been known to inflict a searing, needle-like pain on those at whom it is directed. Later, Lenny asked when he would get to meet Ray Bolger.
