TOP 50: SABRINA'S SWEET TOUCH

Island’s Sabrina Carpenter spends a third consecutive week at #1 on the HITS Top 50 with Short n’ Sweet. The blockbuster album, which is already well north of 1m units in total U.S. activity, logs 117k in its third week, which was enhanced by a splashy VMAs medley and a Song of the Year Moon Man for “Espresso.”

Post Malone’s F-1 Trillion (Mercury/Republic) is in cruise control at #2, followed by Amusement/Island’s Chappell Roan, Big Loud/Mercury/Republic’s Morgan Wallen and Republic’s Taylor Swift, giving House Lipman a repeat of the Top 5 albums. It’s a slightly different lineup this year, but it’s still Murderer’s Row.

Top debuts go to Legacy’s David Gilmour (#10), MCA Nashville’s George Strait (#14), JYP/Virgin/Imperial/Republic’s Tzuyu (#15) and Columbia’s Jessie Murph (#22).

Streeting this week are new titles from Vanner/Republic’s Miranda Lambert, Big Machine’s Brantley Gilbert and Island’s keshi, as well as Eminem’s Expanded Mourner’s Edition of The Death of Slim Shady (Shady/Aftermath/Interscope).

In political news, despite what you may have heard, nobody is trying to eat your pets. Though that Schnauzer looks pretty tasty.
