Muni Long has recruited Mariah Carey for a remix of her platinum hit, “Made for Me” (Supergiant/Def Jam). Co-produced by longtime Carey collaborator Jermaine Dupri alongside Bryan-Michael Cox and JordanXL, the track was a no-brainer for Carey, who called the collab “a match made in heaven.”
The original track, released last September, peaked at #8 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart and hit #1 on Apple’s R&B chart. It followed Long’s Grammy-nominated single, “Hrs and Hrs,” taken from her 2021 EP, Public Displays of Affection.
Long is expected to drop her next effort later this year. Check out the remix of "Made for Me" below while we place bets on how many glasses Mariah can break with her six-octave range.
