USHER IS GOING HOME

“Coming Home: A Celebration of USHER” will take place Friday (4/20) at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga’s McKenzie Arena by the City of Chattanooga, Hamilton County, UTC and Chattanooga Business Elite.

In addition to USHER, Chattanooga’s favorite son, Chattanooga Mayor Tim Kelly, Hamilton County Mayor Weston Wamp and other local leaders will be on hand. USHER will receive the key to the city and be further honored by proclamations by state and local governments.

USHER thanked local supporters by saying, “The City of Chattanooga provided a spark that ignited the fire in me to pursue my dreams as a singer and I’m thankful for the support I received from so many family members, friends and mentors so early in my journey.”

Mayor Kelly noted how proud the city was of USHER’s Apple Music Super Bowl LVIII Halftime Show performance, observing that the pride in Chattanooga is palpable.

“Coming Home: A Celebration of USHER” is free on a first-come, first-serve basis, but tickets are limited to two per person. Of the 10,928 seats at McKenzie Stadium, only 3,500 will be occupied for USHER’s exclusive hometown happening. Get tix beginning 4/12 here.
