SPOTIFY: YES "PEAS"

Spotify has made Joshton "Peas" Harris head of Hip-Hop and R&B, Artist Partnerships, in which capacity he'll oversee the team that handles artist and manager relations for both genres. Harris most recently served as Hip-Hop and R&B artist relations manager at Amazon Music.

After finding early success with a clothing line and managing rapper Casey Veggies, the L.A. native started his own management company, collaborating with such brands as Fender and adidas. Throughout 2015 Harris worked with Cinematic Music Group, consulting on projects for its artists Joey Bada$$ and Mick Jenkins. He then honed his skills at the Cashmere Agency for three years before accepting a role at EQT Recordings, where he remained until 2020.

Needless to say, Harris is more accomplished than we are.
