FLIPOVER FRIDAY: NEW ARRIVALS AT iTUNES & APPLE MUSIC

They're gonna party like it's 1989 at iTunes and Apple Music this Flipover Friday as Taylor Swift’s domination of the charts is, well, swift and thorough.

Swift’s latest re-recording, 1989 (Taylor’s Version) (Republic), is #1 at iTunes and Apple Music albums. She also has five of the Top 6 songs at iTunes—all of them “From the Vault” tunes—led by “Say Don’t Go” at #1, while new versions of the hits “Bad Blood” and “Shake It Off” are among her 12 songs in the Top 25. “Slut!” is the top song at Apple Music, opening at #10.

The original 1989 has moved up to #6 at Apple Music—maybe it’s all the Travis Kelce fans wondering how different the versions might be.

Beyond Tay, the next six albums at iTunes are new arrivals. Duran Duran’s Danse Macabre (Tape Moder/BMG) steps up to #2, In This Moment’s Godmode (In This Moment/BMG) bows at #3, and

The Gaslight Anthem’s History Books (Rich Mahogany/Thirty Tigers) is #4.

Alexandra Kay’s self-released All I’ve Ever Known sits at #5 and Maverick City Music’s The Maverick Way Compete (Tribl) garners #6.

Lainey Wilson, Dolly Parton and Reba McEntire are among the artists appearing on A Tribute to The Judds (BMG), opening at #7. Black Pumas close out the Top 10 with Chronicles of a Diamond (ATO).

Just outside the Top 10 are new albums from Taking Back Sunday, Dokken, and Dylan Gossett, a deluxe edition of Prince’s Diamonds and Pearls and a Barbra Streisand compilation.

Brent Faiyaz’s Larger Than Life (ISO/UnitedMasters) is #5 at Apple Music.
