FLIPOVER FRIDAY: NEW ARRIVALS AT iTUNES & APPLE MUSIC

Two acts we haven’t heard from in a while, The Rolling Stones and the original lineup of blink-182, take the top slots at iTunes albums this Flipover Friday.

ONE MORE TIME… by Columbia’s blink-182 sits at #1 while The Stones’ first album of original material in 18 years, Hackney Diamonds (Geffen), is #2. ONE MORE TIME…, blink’s first set in 12 years with co-founder Tom DeLonge, is also the top new arrival at Apple Music, starting at #12.

Back at iTunes, Brandon Lake’s Coat of Many Colors (Provident) follows at #3.

Yes, we have yet to hit Halloween but we’re getting the first sounds of Christmas with Cher’s Christmas (Warner) at #4 and Pentatonix’s The Greatest Christmas Hits (RCA) at #7.

RCA’s TROLLS Band Together soundtrack pops up at #5; Luke Grimes has the #7 slot with Pain Pills or Pews EP (Mercury Nashville). Rounding out the Top 10 are Rival SonsLightbringer (Atlantic) shining at #9 and Restless Road’s Last Rodeo (Sony Nashville) lassoing #10.

“Cruel Summer” is making for a happy fall: Taylor Swift has the Top 4 slots at iTunes songs: the live version from her The Eras Tour film is #1; the Giobbi remix is #2 and versions from her Republic album Lover are #3 and #4.

The Kid LAROI, Jung Kook & Central Cee have two versions of “TOO MUCH” (Columbia) in the Top 10: #5 and #7.
