THE BOYS ARE BACK:
HYBE EXTENDS BTS CONTRACT

HYBE has announced that BIGHIT MUSIC has agreed to terms with all of the members of BTSRM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V and Jung Kook—to extend their contracts from 2025 onwards, after military service has been completed.

HYBE's statement reads: "With the renewal of their contracts, we are looking forward to supporting BTS' group activities expected in 2025. HYBE and BIGHIT MUSIC will provide all support necessary to continue to expand and elevate BTS' presence."

The K-pop icons went on hiatus in June 2022 due to mandatory military service after completing their Permission To Dance: On Stage global stadium tour. Since then BTS members have released very successful solo projects; Jung Kook held #1 on Spotify global for 57 days this year with "Seven" f/Latto, while V debuted at #2 last week on the HITS Top 50 with Layover (BIGHIT/Geffen).

In other news, we're finally able to list every member of BTS by heart. Does that mean we're in the Army now?
