ACTIVIST ARTISTS HEART EMOJI DAY

Hot on the heels of the final three sold-out Dead & Company shows at Oracle Park in San Francisco over the weekend, Activist Artists Management (Bobby Weir, The Lumineers) is celebrating the 10th anniversary of World Emoji Day by giving back.

Today, the firm’s philanthropic arm, The Activist Foundation, is joining Emojipedia/Zedge and John Paul DeJoria’s Peace, Live & Happiness Foundation in making donations to Conscious Alliance, a national nonprofit hunger relief organization that unites bands, brands, artists, and fans to collectively support communities in crisis.

Conscious Alliance is known for its use of the heart emoji when positive actions are taken and on World Emoji Day they are leading a campaign that will share those stories of loving kindness at ConsciousAlliance.org/WorldEmojiDay.
