Firma biz: (l-r) Nicki Nicole, Lex Borrero, Yandel, Rauw Alejandro and Tainy
The highly anticipated Latin-music competition show La Firma (The Signing) is now streaming on Netflix. The first five episodes are available this week, with the final three dropping 4/12.
La Firma has partnered with Spotify for the official series playlist. Following each episode, the music heard will be available on DSPs and via the Spot's "La Firma," featuring songs from guests, judges and the final four of the series.
Created by NEON16 CEO Lex Borrero and developed by Howard T. Owens (The Biggest Loser) and showrunner Nikki Boella (Rhythm & Flow), the show is produced by Propagate and Borrero and Tommy Mottola's NTERTAIN.
La Firma (The Signing) will see global sensations Rauw Alejandro, Yandel, Nicki Nicole and Tainy come together with Borrero in search of the next urban Latin star. The series will follow the contestants as they leave the streets of their home countries and head to Miami, letting cameras roll on the blood, sweat and tears it takes to become a world-class recording artist. One aspirant will win a record deal with Tainy and Borrero's NEON16 label.
NTERTAIN’s Borrero, Ivanni Rodriguez and Santiago Zapata are co-showrunners and executive producers of the series. Boella and Moira Noriega are executive producers.
