SIR ELTON'S "ROAD" FINALE POISED TO MAKE HISTORY

Sir Elton John’s Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour is on track to become the highest-grossing such outing of all time.

Since launching the AEG-produced trek in September 2018, John has sold out arenas across the globe, including at L.A.'s 56,000-capacity Dodger Stadium, where he played three shows last November. He's now poised to break Ed Sheeran’s Divide Tour record of $776m, set nearly three years ago.

The final Dodger Stadium show was livestreamed on Disney+ and included special guests Dua Lipa, Kiki Dee and Brandi Carlile.

The tour will continue in Australia, New Zealand, the U.K. and Europe, with John’s final show expected in Sweden on 7/7 at Tele2 Arena. After that, he can slip into his rhinestone pajamas and chillax.
