SCOTT RETURNS TO HEADLINING, BREAKS O2 RECORD

Travis Scott returned to the stage last weekend with a pair of sold-out concerts at The O2 in London. At his first headlining shows since 2021's Astroworld Fest, which resulted in the deaths of 10 people, the Cactus Jack/Epic superstar broke the venue's merch sales record, previously held by BTS with more than $1m.

As Scott continues to tease UTOPIA, the follow-up to his third studio album, the triple-platinum #1 ASTROWORLD, he's lined up a residency in Las Vegas at Resorts World; Road to Utopia will run 9/17–10/15.

Since the release of 2018's ASTROWORLD, which is now north of 5.5m in total activity, Scott has sold just about everything to his diehard fan base, from rugs and ashtrays to skate decks and McDonald's meals. His line of Nike Air Max and Jordan shoes sell out immediately upon restock.

As far as his recorded output, Scott tweeted on Monday, "I'll be back when it's album time," presumably a reference to the release of UTOPIA, date TBA.
