SULLIVAN, THE WEEKND LEAD BET AWARDS

Jazmine Sullivan, The Weeknd, Kendrick Lamar, Silk Sonic and Megan Thee Stallion took home the big prizes at Sunday's BET Awards.

RCA acts scored five wins, led by Sullivan, who scored the Best Female R&B/Pop Artist trophy.

Tems won twice—Best Collaboration and International Artist—while Latto, pictured, was named Best New Artist and Kirk Franklin won the gospel prize.

Taraji P. Henson was the host of the show, which saw multiple presenters, winners and performers commenting on the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade. “It’s about damn time we talk about the fact that guns have more rights than a woman,” Henson said at the top of the show.

A few surprises were in store: Brandy performed with Jack Harlow, Mariah Carey sang with Latto and Ye showed up to honor Sean "Diddy" Combs, who received a lifetime achievement award.

Among the performance highlights: Muni Long sang “Time Machine” and “Hrs and Hrs.” GIVĒON delivered “Heartbreak Anniversary,” “For Tonight” and “Lie Again.” Diddy performed a medley of his hits.
