ALONG CAME JONES

Juliette Jones is moving to Alamo Records to take the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer, reuniting her with founder and CEO Todd Moscowitz.

Jones will work closely with Moscowitz to oversee Alamo’s business development, marketing and promotion efforts for the artist roster. Additionally, the New York-based exec will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations.

Moscowitz and Jones worked together at Warner Bros. Records, where Jones was head of Urban Radio Promotion 10 years ago.

"Juliette’s deep understanding of the music industry and commitment to redefining the music space for artists and their fans will further support Alamo’s growth and evolution,” Moscowitz said.

Jones has worked for Atlantic Records since 2012, most recently as Executive Vice President of Promotion. She started her music career more than 20 years ago at WBLS in New York and has also worked at RCA and Jive Records, plus some disreputable trade publication.
