TAG, THEY'RE IT! SHAZAM'S BIGGEST MOVERS

The Georgia Bulldogs defeated the Crimson Tide of Alabama for the college football championship Monday. Another winning team: Alesso and Katy Perry, who scored big with Shazam users.

ESPN premiered the video for their “When I’m Gone” (10:22PM/Astralwerks/Capitol) at the College Football Playoff National Championship halftime, getting gridiron fans to put down their Bud Lights and aim their phones at the TV. The song is the week’s greatest gainer on the Shazam USA Top 100.

Also capturing the attention of Shazammers are Lauren Spencer-Smith’s “Fingers Crossed” and YoungBoy Never Broke Again’s first release of the year, “Fish Scale” (AK Recordz).

The second season of HBO’s Euphoria, meanwhile, has sparked interest in Gerry Rafferty’s 1978 hit “Right Down the Line” as well as “Dead of Night,” the 2019 release by masked country singer Orville Peck.

Joy Crookes, who closed out 2021 with a stream of accolades and a performance with Ed Sheeran on Jools Holland’s show, has the biggest gainer in the U.K. thanks to a sync on the BBC’s Rules of the Game.
