APPLE TAPS RED BULL'S BLXST AS AN L.A. TOUR GUIDE

Apple has tapped Los Angeles native and Red Bull/Evgle hip-hop artist Blxst to create a "Guide to L.A" in Apple Maps.

Within the app, Blxst curates his recommendations across the city, including local shops like Slauson Super Mall that defined his upbringing and must-visit independent and Black-owned businesses like Simply Wholesome. The guide showcases each location in black and white photography by renowned hip-hop photographer Travis Shinn, along with quotes from Blxst detailing each spot in his own words.
