FLIPOVER FRIDAY: NEW ARRIVALS AT iTUNES AND APPLE MUSIC

It’s a superstar-packed Top 15 songs at iTunes this Flipover Friday as new arrivals from Drake, Bruno Mars, Maroon 5 and Justin Bieber fly up the chart.

Drake’s “What’s Next”#1 (OVO/Republic) takes the top slot at iTunes as well as Apple Music while “Wants and Needs” f/Lil Baby is right behind it at #2 on the streaming side and #15 in sales. “Lemon Pepper Freestyle” f/Rick Ross is #4 at Apple Music.

Bruno Mars, Anderson .Paak & Silk Sonic’s “Leave the Door Open” (Aftermath/Atlantic) is #2 at iTunes followed by State of Mine f/No Resolve & Brandon Davis’ “The Thunder Rolls” (Noise Machine) at #5. Amid a stack of oldies going for 69 cents a pop, Maroon 5 & Megan Thee Stallion’s “Beautiful Mistakes” (222/Interscope) and Justin Bieber’s “Hold On” (Def Jam) are #12 and #13.

Kings of Leon’s eighth album When You See Yourself (RCA) tops the iTunes albums chart as nine new arrivals fill the Top 10.

The top three are all rock records with Chevelle’s Niratias (Epic) at #2 and A Day to Remember’s You’re Welcome (Fueled by Ramen) at #3. Let Us Worship & Sean Feucht’s Let Us Worship—Azusa (Sean Feucht Music) opens at #4 while on its tail at #5 is Demon Hunter’s Songs of Death and Resurrection (Solid State).

Zara Larsson’s third studio album, Poster Girl (TEN/Epic) pins up at#6; Brand of Sacrifice’s Lifeblood (Blood Blast) coagulates at #7; Pat Metheny, Jason Vieaux & Los Angeles Guitar Quartet’s Road to the Sun (Metheny Group/BMG) wings in at #9; and Jimbo Mathus & Andrew Bird’s These 13 (Wegwam/Thirty Tigers) is the lucky #10.

Back at Apple Music, Lil Baby f/EST Gee’s “Real As It Gets” (QC/Motown) is #8.
