Theo Battaglia will oversee all creative services at 10K Projects in the newly created position of Executive Vice President/Head of Creative.
Battaglia will continue to lead the artist marketing team, including liaising with the label’s distributor, Caroline, on digital and commercial marketing.
“Theo brings with him a wealth of marketing and storytelling experience in film and television, which has proven to be a game-changer for us at 10K,” Elliot Grainge, founder and CEO of 10K, said. “He is an integral part of every move we make.”
Battaglia joined 10K in 2019 as Head of Marketing. He played a major role in the marketing of Trippie Redd’s A Love Letter to You 4 and the establishment of iann dior and the pop duo Surfaces.
He previously held marketing positions at Apple TV+ and HBO.
