TAG, THEY'RE IT! SHAZAM'S BIGGEST MOVERS

Shazam users are generating buzz for TikTok tunes, TV syncs and new releases. Among this week’s biggest movers on the Shazam USA Top 100 are a four-year-old song by Rihanna gone viral and Billie Eilish’s latest single.

TikTokers have made Rihanna’s “Desperado,” from Anti (Westbury Road/Roc Nation), a viral hit while also bolstering a new cut from 300’s Jeris Johnson & Ricky Desktop, “damn!”

The biggest mover— GoldFord’s self-released acoustic version of “Walk With Me”—arrives via a sync on TV’s consistent hitmaking series Grey’s Anatomy. Watchers of Netflix’s Dash & Lily made Gracie Abrams’ “Stay” (Interscope) a Top 5 biggest mover as well.

In Blighty, the biggest gainers are also atop the Shazam U.K. Top 100. The BBC Children in Need benefit single, a rendition of Oasis’ “Stop Crying Your Heart Out,” is #1, followed by the John Lewis & Waitrose Christmas ad song “A Little Love,” by Celeste, and Becky Hill’s cover of Alphaville’s “Forever Young,” which McDonald’s is using in a Christmas ad.
