HALSEY’S BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

Capitol’s Halsey has unveiled a new music video for “929,” a track title that represents her birth date and time from her platinum-certified album, Manic. Released in honor of her birthday, the video includes snippets of home movie footage and was shot by her tour videographer and music video director, Peter Donaghy.

Manic was 2020’s first Platinum-certified album in the U.S. and has racked up 10b global combined streams TD. It now includes additional exclusive tracks like “i’m not mad” and “wipe your tears,” as well as stripped, acoustic and remixed versions of tracks and “Be Kind” with Marshmello.

Adding to her successful year, Halsey was recently named as one of TIME’s 100 Most Influential People of 2020 and performed during the first-ever TIME 100 primetime TV event last week, among other accolades. She’s also set to publish the first volume of her poetry, I Would Leave Me If I Could, via Simon & Schuster on 11/10.

Halsey, along with Kelsea Ballerini, recently received a CMT Award nod for Performance of the Year for “Graveyard,” and she’s featured on Machine Gun Kelly’s “Forget Me Too,” from his new album Ticket to My Downfall. Halsey is also set to appear in the upcoming series The Player’s Table, based on Jessica Goodman’s They Wish They Were Us.
