PENSKE'S PIECE OF THE PIE

It's been reported that Penske paid roughly $225m for a controlling stake of the PMRC "merger." The media mogul will own an 80% stake of the new operation, leaving the crumbs with MRC.

The uncertainty of the now-related, competing trades is starting to loom. We hear big changes are on the way for editorial teams across the board. How soon before consolidation starts to impact all parties? Stay tuned.

In in the spirit of atoning for sins, it'd be nice if there was a historical place of worship here in Venice we could go to.
