Grammy and Ivor Novello award winner Fraser T. Smith, a frequent collaborator with Dave and Stormzy, has signed a worldwide publishing deal with Warner Chappell Music.
He has co-written, mixed and produced two #1 singles in the U.S., seven #1 singles in the U.K., and contributed to 18 #1 albums.
Smith is a close collaborator with Chappell songwriters Dave and Stormzy, having produced Dave’s first two EPs, the Ivor Novello-winning song "Question Time" and his Mercury Prize-winning album Psychodrama, as well as Stormzy’s chart-topping and BRIT Award-winning debut, Gang Signs & Prayer.
“Having someone as influential, talented and prolific as Fraser with us at Chappell is an absolute honor,” Amber Davis, Head of A&R, Warner Chappell Music U.K., said. “He is without doubt one of the best producers of his generation and has been pivotal in the making of many classic songs and albums.”
Smith has also worked with Adele, Kesha, Drake, Britney Spears, Celine Dion, Ellie Goulding, Florence + The Machine and others.
