LEIPSNER AT THE PLATE FOR S-CURVE

Promo veteran Lee Leipsner is coming aboard as Head of Pop Promo at Steve Greenberg’s S-Curve/BMG. Lee, who will be based in NYC and will report to Greenberg in the new post, spent 25 years in the Sony system. His most recent title there was EVP Promo at Columbia, and from that perch he oversaw campaigns for the likes of Adele, One Direction, The Chainsmokers, Calvin Harris, Train and Hozier while trying mightily to avoid talking to us.

S-Curve’s roster includes AJR, Andy Grammar, Conkarah and A Great Big World, among others.

Greenberg, issuing proclamations from his secret underground bunker, deemed Leipsner “one of the smartest and most passionate people in the radio promotion field,” adding that “his track record more than speaks for itself. We've been wanting to work with Lee for a very long time, and now we can't wait to let him work his magic with our records at pop. We also look forward to seeing some truly mortifying photos of him from the HITS archives.”
