Ariana Grande & Justin Bieber top this week’s biggest mover list on the Shazam USA Top 100. Meanwhile, songs on MTV’s Becoming are attracting ears and thumbs.
MTV’s reality show Becoming is responsible to pushing Frank Ocean’s “Godspeed” (Boys Don’t Cry) and Kirk Franklin’s “A God Like You” (Verity) up the chart; ESPN’s Michael Jordan doc The Last Dance has a similar effect on the Stereo MC’s 1992 hit “Connected” (Island).
Besides the SB/Def Jam/Republic release of the superstar duo, the lone contemporary track among the biggest movers is Doja Cat f/Nicki Minaj’s “Say So” (Kemosabe/RCA).
Imagine Dragons’ “Natural,” the theme to ESPN college football in 2018, tops the U.K. biggest movers list that also includes Ocean and Franklin near the top.
