"YUMMY" BREAKS
RADIO RECORD

Justin Bieber's "Yummy" has had a record-breaking first week at radio with 340 reported adds at all formats (as confirmed by Mediabase, from a reported 22 years of data), according to Def Jam promo chief Nicki Farag, surpassing prior add champ "Look What You Made Me Do" by Taylor Swift. Big ups to Nicki, label boss Paul Rosenberg and team for this early-year milestone.

"Thanks Nicki, Rodney [Shealey], Natina [Nimene], Noah [Sheer] and your teams for getting this project off to such an incredible start," reads an internal message from Rosenberg. "Let’s keep pushing hard."

"Justin Bieber continues to be one of the top stars in music today," proclaimed Mediabase topper Philippe Generali. "To get a record volume of adds in the first week of release is a stellar accomplishment and saved for a very elite group of performers. Mediabase is thrilled to be part of Justin’s continuing journey. Congratulations to the Def Jam Team and SB Projects who have worked with Justin since day one."
