Big Machine/John Varvatos Records artist Badflower has claimed their third #1 off their debut album, OK, I'M SICK. Their latest single "The Jester" has bloomed into the top slot at Active Rock. The powerful track humanizes isolation in an expansive world, as frontman Josh Katz pleads in the chorus: “Is there anybody out there looking out for me? Just say you want me. Just say you need me.”
The accompanying video for "The Jester" amplifies this message. The band recently stripped-down the production for a stunning acoustic version, highlighting the raw emotion of of the chart-topping song.
The So Cal rockers were also mentioned this week on Alt Press' Best Albums of 2019 list. This caps off a remarkable year for the L.A.-based band, seeing back-to-back #1 hits “Ghost” and “Heroin,” and a John Varvatos Star USA fall/winter campaign.
Currently Badflower is on tour in Europe, and will wrap the US leg of their OK, I’M SICK TOUR in December. For more info and a complete list of tour dates go here.
