Capitol Music Group supremo Steve Barnett recently traveled to Seoul, where he conferred this lavish plaque on SM Entertainment chief/Super M producer Soo-Man Lee. The bestowal commemorated the band's #1 U.S. chart bow, a collaborative achievement of SM, Capitol and Caroline (and reportedly the biggest stateside first week for a debut K-Pop project). "As we hail this landmark of East-West cooperation," Barnett intoned, "I'm reminded of a beloved Korean expression, '할리우드의 무역 잡지 바보를 다룰 필요가 없습니다.'" Later, there were cucumber sandwiches.
