MALE EXECS MAN UP IN SOLIDARITY

A letter spearheaded by Paradigm’s Tom Windish (pictured) calling for the Recording Academy to clean up its act and for men to stand in solidarity with their female co-workers now has the signatures of 38 male execs.

Windish tells Variety’s Jem Aswad that he circulated the letter among his circle of friends, acquaintances and colleagues in the business. Thus, the signees are primarily agents, managers and attorneys, along with songwriter Justin Tranter, rather than label and publishing execs. Indeed, Big Deal topper Kenny MacPherson is the lone member of the publishing business whose name is on the list of signess, immediately below:
