iHEART TO ENSURE PEAKE LISTENING

iHeart EVP Programming West Division Andrew Jeffries has tapped broadcasting veteran John Peake as PD of L.A. stations KOST 103.5 (AC) and KBIG (104.3; HOT AC). Peake, most recently SVP Programming for iHeart San Diego/Riverside, has been in the biz for 25 years.

"John is an amazing talent coach, incredible music head and strong leader who has helped develop some enduring radio brands," Jeffries declared.

Peake noted that the two stations "are some of L.A.'s most influential brands and their bold and innovative approach has made them leaders in the L.A. market. What gives these brands their real potency are the people who work there. I am humbled and excited to be joining such a talented team and I look forward to being part of their continuing success."

iHeart has also tapped Michael LaCrosse from an advisory role including key West Coat division projects. More on that soon, as well as the announcement of a new regional SVP for San Diego/Riverside.
