J. Cole has dropped a new song on SoundCloud. The track, "High for Hours," doesn't appear on his chart-topping Dreamville/Roc Nation/Interscope set 4 Your Eyez Only; it's a pointed and provocative meditation on racism, violence and power, and even reflects on his experience meeting President Obama and asking him a difficult question. It's particularly potent in the context of MLK Day and the incoming regime.
Look for "High" to go wide to DSPs shortly as a standalone track. As of this posting it's already earned close to 750k listens. Check it out.
